Padres gamble on Prior

I’m not sure anybody knows what’s really wrong with Prior.  Maybe Marcus Giles is to blame.  Nice move by the Padres, though.  What if he is the comeback player of the year?  He has the talent.  Could you imagine a rotation of Jake Peavy/Chris Young/Mark Prior in a playoff series?

    I want to know how Cubs fans feel about letting Prior go. Good riddance or sad to see him go?

    It’s obviously sad to see him leave, but it’s for an obvious reason. The cubs wouldn’t let him go for no reason. I’m sure the cubs know something that the padres don’t. And it probably is marcus giles fault.

    There is no doubt in my mind that Prior will win 15 to 20 games within the next two seasons because if there is one thing in this world that can jumpstart a career it’s getting traded from the CUBS! And I’m a cubs fan. How old is Jim Henry? Has he got one foot in yet?
